Organic Artichokes Patè
Produced only with organic artichokes of the thorny violet variety of Cerda, a territory in the valley of the river Imera along the slopes of the Madonie in Sicily.
The artichokes are peeled by hand and immersed in a solution of water and lemon, with the first cooking the excess water is removed, they are added with self-produced organic garlic and chilli pepper, it is transformed into cream, organic extra-virgin olive oil is added and packaged manually in pasteurized jars.
From harvesting to pasteurisation, it takes a maximum of 24 to 36 hours.
With this pate we can give japanese consumers all the flavour nuances of spiny violet artichoke and extra virgin olive oil.
